Taryn De La Rosa is the owner of Vision Toward Leadership. She received her Master of Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of the Incarnate Word, and her Bachelor of Arts, with a double major in Psychology and Sociology, from Texas A&M University - Kingsville.
A fierce advocate for the development and cultivation of positive and inclusive workspaces, Taryn created Vision Toward Leadership (VTL), an organizational development consultation company.
With over 10 years of experience working for government organizations, for profit businesses, and non-profit organizations, Taryn’s work with leaders and their teams spans across various industries.
